4 class series (6.5 hours total) including a combination of exercises to prepare curler for the season with goals to achieve better balance, increased flexibility, and reduced stress with a combination of Tai Chi and Western exercises.
1.5 hour session (45 minutes Tai Chi + 45 minute Western Exercise)
